Bike & Hike - this was the motto of the activity program of the FamTrip. Cycling world champion Mike Kluge took the participants with his e-bike via Santa Ponsa to the fishing village of St. Elm. Olympic champion Heike Henkel motivated them to hike up to the mountains with a view of Puerto de Andratx.

Bike & Hike - this was the motto of today's excursion program.

Bike cross world champion Mike Kluge personally handed over the e-bikes from the Lindner Hotel's fleet. From Santa Ponsa in the morning we went with either more or less battery support across Mallorcan landscapes to the fishing village of St. Elm. The former professional cyclist gave lots of tips for safe and healthy cycling at home and reported on his exciting cycling races in the 80s and 90s. Sports speaker Mike Kluge was enthusiastic: “Cycling is like our daily business. It goes up and down together, with curves, intermediate stops and the finish line. We can only achieve our goals together, with or without support. I convey this to teams and managers in motivating lectures and seminars. Always happy to be on the bike island of Mallorca. "

The first stage was done, professionally captured in pictures and video by Mallorca's island photographer Markus Mayer.

The outdoor agency Keida presented the various possibilities for team-building experiences and training in nature on its shady terrace in St. Elm. Before the group photo with a view of the small harbor and the island, lunch with fish and paella was waiting in the restaurant Vistamar.

During the subsequent hike the afternoon went with Olympic champion Heike Henkel along the impressive coast and higher and higher into the mountains in the southwest of Mallorca. At the summit with a sea view, the long-time sports speaker described her own long path to Olympic gold among the event professionals, and described impressively pictures and visions with which she mentally prepared herself for great victories and goals. In the shade of the pine trees and with a view of Andratx, Germany's sportswoman of the year answered many questions about healthy success, mental strength and Olympic values in sport and business.

Relaxation and recreation on the water - sailing in the bay of Palma with an Olympic torch. Recreation after sporting activities - that was the program on day 3.

At sunrise, Heike Henkel started with morning sports and relaxation exercises from her earlier routine. Each participant received a gym bag full of fitness articles from Artzt Vitality and took many healthy tips with them into everyday professional and private life.

With the morning sun, the FamTrip crew sailed from the port into the bay of Palma to the cliffs. Anchor out and everyone in the 26 degree warm water. With SUP, kayak and snorkeling equipment everyone enjoyed a wonderful day on and in the turquoise blue water. Everyone found a shady spot on the deck of the 180-year-old sailboat. Drinks, grilled fish and salads did more than quench thirst and hunger.

The Olympics were also present on the water. The sailing ship Rafael Verdera brought the Olympic flame to Mallorca in 1992. The original copy went around like wildfire among the crew on board. Olympic champion Heike Henkel posed for photos with a torch and the enthusiastic guests.

Back at the Lindner Hotel Mallorca, many new thoughts, ideas and specific event projects were discussed at the final dinner. No wonder that it was very difficult for everyone to say goodbye the next morning.

We promise to see you again!

With business groups at the Linder Golf Resort Portals Nous Olympic champion Heike Henkel: “I really liked the family atmosphere. There were 3 days in which you had the opportunity to build up a valuable network. What is usually discussed between the door and the hinge was given the space and time to engage in an intensive exchange or to develop ideas together.

The exercise program was not only good for your health, it also brought the group closer together. I enjoyed giving insights into the world of sports and making the transfer into the professional world. The immediate exchange was for the participants as well as for us

Sport Speaker very inspiring. "
